SPECIAL EVENT: Restorative Yoga

This class is designed for anyone seeking to relieve stress, work on posture, breath and expansion of range of motion. It features a gentle flow, combination of breath work, mindful movement and meditation to promote resilience, healing, and peaceful well being. We provide mats, bricks, blankets and bolsters as well as straps and yoga props and offer a relaxing, welcoming environment to heal the body, mind, and soul through Yoga and guided imagery.
